Fabulous PB for Joel

Jason Potter, Terry Emmett, Matt Orsman, Adrian Strawbridge and Joel Seward took part last Thursday’s evening 5km event along Exeter Quay which was successfully organised by City Runs.

Joel Seward was the first AVR home, 16th overall in a new P.B. of 17:15. Terry Emmett was just behind Joel in 18th spot with a very fast time of 17:17. Matt Orsman was 30th, 17:52 and in his debut race Adrian Strawbridge finished 65th place with a very impressive 20:20. Jason Potter was 67th with a time of 20:26.
