Axmouth Challenge 2023
The 2023 Axmouth Challenge takes place at 1000 on Sunday 8th January.
There is a choice of four distances around Axmouth Village, all multi-terrain, but more on- than off-road, mostly quiet lanes and off-road trails.
Race HQ is at Axmouth Village Hall, EX12 4AF, and the start and finish is at the phone box in the village.
There will be soup and rolls for all runners at the village hall after the race; other refreshments will be for sale to runners and spectators, with all proceeds in aid of Village Hall funds.
Note: Race distances are approximate to within +/- 0.2miles – the distance recorded on GPS smart watches, etc may not reflect the actual distance!
Races
- 9 miles £10 (£12 unaffiliated adults) Min age = 17 Medals for first 3 Male & Female U50 & >50
- 5 miles £5 (£7 unaffiliated adults) Min age = 16 Medals for first 3 Male & Female
- 3 miles £3 (£5 unaffiliated adults) Min age = 12 Medals for first 3 M&F 12/13yrs & 14/15yrs
- 1 mile £1 Min age = None Medals for all under 12yrs
