The ColyTEN now in its second year is a 10 mile multi terrain race taking place on Sunday 13 October.  There is also a 1 mile fun run.

The race starts beside the river Coly, a 5 minute walk from race HQ. After the first footpath river section there is a short road run to Chantry Bridge where there you head off road to pick up the footpath again. You then cross the river and begin a steep ascent through Ox Woods. On reaching the summit there is a short descent down Jobbles Lane before entering Morganhayes woodland. This is an undulating section of woodland paths with a couple of steep climbs and a short road section. On exiting the woods you have about 3 miles to go all of which is downhill or flat with about 1 mile of this on road. On entering the playing field there is a lap of the field to the finish where you will receive your finishers buff and a well earned drink and flapjack.

Race HQ opens at 0800 for registration, number collection and bag drop. Numbers to be pinned to the front of your vest ensuring completion of personal details on the reverse.
