This Change Form must be used to notify us of any of the following changes to an entry:

Transfer place to another runner
Downgrade or upgrade (fee payable) race
Any change of personal details eg address

Ensure you choose the correct Reason for Change for all changes.

Note that race bibs have all be sent out, so the original entrant is responsible for passing on the bib in the case of a transfer.

For place transfer, all fields must be completed. For other changes, just the relevant fields are required.

Any lost or forgotten number requiring replacement at the weekend will incur a £2 cash fee and proof of identity.
